Everything you need to know before your visit to A New Look.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your service total. Deposits cover the reserved time block and are not refunded for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without losing your deposit. Emergencies are reviewed case by case — please reach out as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, as we respect every client's booked time. Repeated late arrivals may require a new deposit.
Arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair for color and extension services. For lashes, come makeup-free with no oil-based products around the eyes. Avoid caffeine right before lash appointments for the most comfortable, long-lasting results.
Hand-tied extensions typically need maintenance every 6–8 weeks; tape-ins every 6–8 weeks. Lash sets last 2–3 weeks before a fill. We'll build a custom maintenance schedule during your consultation.
